Hi, it has come to my notice that stray dogs living in the New Air India Staff Colony at Kalina are being killed by their watchman and the residents of the colony. Also once the dogs are taken by the BMC for sterilisation they dont return to the colony, the BMC is also taking away the dogs which are already sterilised. Also their are a few pups in the colony which are being killed by beating them, the latest having been done a few days back. There is a family in this colony who looks after a few of them, even they are being threatened. They have lodged a complain with the police but the police are not responding. Kindly guide as to what can be done ?
