I was going to work when i seen a mam hitting the dog to death with a big bamboo stick because he was mad. and he felt he had no right to catch that street dog however found it within his right to hit a big bamboo no his he several times and remove an eye and the dogs moth bleed.
I want to know what needs to be told from the government perspective and explain to me what needs to be done with people u have no heart to treat a living beings in this manner. I don't mind going to any extent teaching that man and his fellow supporters a lesson.
never the less a men who come to catch dogs they do nothing less who ill treat them. or one can stay who teach people how to treat any animal.
